No. DLA was built from that world, and the fit is broader: commission sales professionals, sales leaders and entrepreneurs with earned income who want a plan for real estate and financial freedom.
How much money do I need saved?
You'll need to account for program tuition, personal reserves and the capital your chosen real estate strategy requires. Those are separate amounts. We review your income, savings, debt and timeline together before recommending an enrollment or deal path.
Will this take me away from selling?
Your active income funds the plan. We work on sales systems and priorities alongside investing so the plan fits your business. Expect coaching calls and implementation between them; the time required changes with your starting point and the property you're pursuing.
Will you buy and manage the property for me?
The Accelerator includes coaching and first-deal support. Hands-on purchase, setup and management services are available through our partners and are scoped separately. We'll clarify who does what and what it costs before you commit. You retain the investment decisions and obligations.
What if I don't get a deal in six months?
The first-deal guarantee credits your Accelerator investment toward continued support until you secure a deal, subject to your enrollment agreement. We review the requirements with you before you join. Read the guarantee summary.
Can I try it before the full commitment?
A 21-day trial with $500 down is available for qualified applicants. Ask about the trial on your fit call. We'll review what it includes, how the deposit is treated, and the decision and payment terms before you enroll.
